This camera is great for advanced photographers. It is not a "point and shoot" clone. It's like a film camera. Used in raw format, the resulting prints look like from a film camera due to the unique detector. It is a professional photo camera. It does not take movies. Shooting in jpeg format is not the best quality. Shoot in raw format, use the included software to make any corrections then convert to jpg of tiff for viewing.
You will have the sharpest, most colorful photos that I have ever seen from a digital camera.
